• “Announcement” – The “Black Market Exchange In Game Chat Channel” Accidentally crashed Wednesday Night – 7/07/10.  We were just nearing 50 members too >=|. However, it IS up and running again!  If you are no longer able to receive the BME chat, simply rejoin the channel through your chat configuration window. Chat Channel Name: Black Market Exchange - Join Today!If you are not currently a member of the Black Market Exchange and would like to join, simply right click on the bar at the top of your text window to pull up your Chat Configuration.  From there click on the channels tab and type in Black Market Exchange in the area provided.  This should pull up the channel and the Join Button SHOULD light up for you to click on.  For the full info on the BME and our chat channel, check out our website at  -  http://blackmarketexchange.blogspot.com/2010/06/about-bme.html. • The "Hot" List - Weekly Performance Updates have been posted, including this week's data on Rare Quantum Torpedos & Tier 8 Tribbles!
• "Tribbles" - Have found their way to The Hot List.  Exchange Performance will be tracked for July for all Tier 6 - Tier 8.
• "Purple Picks" - Link is now Active! Weekly Performance Updates have been posted.
• Coming Soon! - A Quick Glance Ticker page is in the works.  This will give a quick and easy view of the TOP performing items for a certain Mk category (where applicable) all on one page.  This will act as a substitute until we are able to get an RSS feed that pulls data to display in traditional stock ticker fashion as it scrolls along your screen.
• "WANTED" - The BME is reaching capacity on the amount of items we are able to track on a weekly basis.  WE NEED YOUR HELP!  The Black Market Exchange is looking for a few dedicated individuals to help out with 3 Major Roles on our logistics end.  1) "Trackers" - In order to keep the Hot List up to date and growing with more items each week, we need Exchange "Trackers" that can dedicate 3 days out of their week for 1 HOUR or less, to track an assigned item's performance on the Exchange.  Collecting 3 key points of data (Quantity, LECI & HECI) by 4pm Central (-6 GMT) - Monday, Wednesday and Friday -  for our stock charts on Item Performance.  2) Forum Moderators - We need a few dedicated individuals willing to help keep the BMEBB (Bulletin Boards) Free from ad spammers, flamers, and help maintain an neat and orderly format to the posts.  This folks should also be willing to help out with Q&A about the BMEBB, including technical problems related to the forum itself and also the content within.  3) PR Reps - The BME is looking for a few Public Relations Representatives to help get the word out!  This can be YOU! It's very simple to spread the word about our efforts on this site and in the game itself.  Tell your fleet mates and friends, zone chat ads, and forum posts where ever you may post will be a great help in getting this community growing!  With support of folks like you, STO players will have a richer gaming environment to immerse themselves in, if we can pull together and muster our resources!  PM, or In Game Mail me - Chef@Admiral_Chef or you can always send an email to Admiral_Chef@Yahoo.com.

• "Quantum Torpedo Launchers" - Have found their way to The Hot List.  Exchange Performance will be tracked for July for all Rare Quantum Torpedo Launchers Mk I - Mk X.
• "Purple Picks" - Link is now Active! A New section of the BME that will be tracking strictly purple items ONLY!  Due to the availability on Very Rare items, these "picks" will be tracked as item groups instead of individual items themselves.  (Ship Shields, Body Armor, etc, instead of Regenerative Shield Arrays and PolyAlloy Weave Armor).
• Bulletin Board Updates - "A feedback poll" has been launched in the Assimilate This!  Also, the "Lexicon" thread and "Posting Guide" have been threads are now active so users may read and learn how to use the Bulletin Boards.  All this located under the General Discussion Topic in the Board Index.

A New section of the BME that will be tracking strictly purple items.  Since the availability is somewhat limited on Very Rare items, these "picks" will be tracked as item groups instead of individual items themselves.
